  • A member cohort of 50–200 from your active care management population. You define the selection criteria.
  • A de-identified behavioral data extract covering outreach response history, appointment adherence, and care gap activity, keyed to an internal member ID you control. No PHI leaves your organization. We provide the field spec and accept encrypted file transfer.
  • One debrief session (60 min) with care management leadership or clinical ops at the close of the pilot.
What you receive
  • One full Outreach Intelligence Brief per member - posture classification, behavioral interpretation, channel and tone guidance, next steps, and escalation threshold.
  • A cohort-level engagement summary - posture distribution, channel misalignment analysis, and estimated wasted outreach attempts across your current population.
